T2R© Mission: Harnessing technology to mitigate challenges that impede early literacy development

The Talk to Read© Collaborative is a professional learning partnership between the University of Missouri College of Education Faculty and eMINTS National Center with the goal to improve literacy skills in high-poverty, rural schools. Talk to Read© is evaluated by the American Institutes of Research (AIR). Through this partnership, Talk to Read© aims to make a positive impact on teaching and learning by conducting and applying the best research practices and disseminating knowledge that will improve the quality of education in the state, the nation, and the world.
